Hello, and welcome
I’m Victoria, founder of Nature & Me. I am an educator, facilitator, coach and trainer in Menstrual Cycle Awareness and Youth Empowerment.
My role as an active culture maker is to unveil, challenge & break taboos by bringing new narratives alive in our communities on living with a menstrual cycle.
I am passionate about girls and young people receiving support and knowledge about their changing bodies; allowing them an educated choice and an empowered start on their journey to adulthood.
LET'S RECONNECT, HONOUR AND CELEBRATE OUR BODIES THROUGH MY CURATED OFFERINGS.
A moment of appreciation and gratitude for the women who have guided and supported my journey...

TOGETHER LET'S BE CULTURE CHANGERS
Menstrual Cycle Awareness For All
My wish is for the lived experience of Menarche (first period) and the early years of living with the menstrual cycle to come out of the shadows & remove the shame / stigma attached to it. It is the role of the community to initiate and mentor our young people through rites of passage (Menarche) in support of their development and wellbeing.
My work is to support the building of this menstrual cycle aware community, starting with supporting children and their parents, mothers AND fathers via my flagship workshops: Celebration Day for Girls ™ & Fathers Celebrating Daughters ™ .
My work is rooted in compassion, awareness, integrity, inclusive feminism, emergence and gratitude. All these guiding principles foster connection, the utmost important ingredient to community building. I use an integrative and systemic approach. Meeting you and your family where you are on your journey to Menstrual Cycle Awareness.

Kind words
The Celebration Day For Girls with Victoria was everything I hoped it would be and more, for both myself and my daughter. She facilitated the sessions with warmth, honesty and interacted in such a calm, informative and welcoming way with both Mums and Daughters. Such a difference to see our girls celebrating this time in their lives, by learning that what is happening to them is fantastic and special - so different to my own experience years ago!

Reconnect & Celebrate
Menstrual Cycle Awareness has grown my connection with my own body. Supporting me in recovering my self esteem, growing self-love and managing my eating disorder. It has allowed me to re-appropriate my power of agency and develop relationships with my partner and others on a ‘power with’ dynamic. Learning and tracking the rhythm of my menstrual cycle has granted me resilience in meeting life and its constraints.
