TOGETHER, LET'S BE CULTURE MAKERS.
How Nature & Me can help.
It can feel daunting to start conversations with our children and partners about menstruation when our own menarche (first period) and menstrual cycle experiences was / are not meeting what the standards ads present us. Nature & Me has got your back.
We hold workshops that make space and raise awareness in the different lived experiences of living with a menstrual cycle, whatever our choices or non-choices over our bodies. We believe that the diversity of experiences is what supports to raise consciousness on what girls, women and menstruators are meeting in our present day culture. Your voice and experience has a place in changing the culture narratives.

Kind words
Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful day on Sunday. What a gift it has been for us! Not only was the day itself so helpful, informative and such important work, but the conversations, thought processes and direct action that have happened as a result have meant that the impact of it has been felt so much more widely than just on those in the room! Thank you for giving us this space to focus on a part of our lives that is so often hidden away.

TOGETHER, WE CAN BREAK THE TABOO AND CHANGE THIS NARRATIVE
Why Nature & Me?
When I started menstruating came with it body shame in a new dimension. I wasn’t ready for the verbal abuse, the diminishing and shaming of my experiences of living with a menstrual cycle. Luckily, I was able to start my healing in my 30’s when I discovered menstrual cycle awareness. I do not want this for the girls of this generation. I want to prepare girls from the get-go, supporting their experience of Menarche (first period) with the knowledge and the honouring that they deserve.
This is my life’s work: offering mentoring, knowledge and compassion to the younger generations and their parents, as well as professionals working with young people… because Menstrual Cycle Awareness is for all.
